Mini-Baguettes are the perfect solution for lunch rolls. Make them with whole-wheat or gluten-free dough, or sweeten them by the addition of dried fruit. The Baker?s lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a crispy crust and light inside.

Care instructions:

• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar
