The Emile Henry Focaccia Baker allows you to make at home the flat Italian bread of the same name, praised for its delicate, crispy crust and its light texture. Simply seasoned with herbs or garnished, Focaccia can be enjoyed at any time of the day; plain as a snack, served as appetizer bites, as flat bread sandwiches or to make thick crust pizza.

The baker made from ceramic excellent heat diffuser allows gentle and even baking to create a delicious focaccia that is golden and crispy on the top while remaining soft and airy inside. Plus, it will keep your focaccia warm right through the meal on top an elegant presentation. The Emile Henry ceramic is extremely heat resistant, and can reach very high temperatures which allows for crispy results in the oven or on the barbecue.

Generous side handles make it easy to remove from the oven and serve directly at the table. The glass-based glaze, is very resistant and allows for cutting portions directly inside the dish. It also makes it easy to clean and is dishwasher-proof. All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten year guarantee.

Care Instructions:

• Allow to cool down completely before cleaning. Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
• Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand
• For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher
