Now part of the Zwilling Group; Italian non-stick cookware expert Ballarini is extending its collection into knives. This means they benefit not only from the expertise of this centuries-old German knife specialist but also the Japanese studio Miyabi, also part of the group. So, this Ballarini knife collection features a German stainless-steel blade that delivers exceptional sharpness, holds its edge well and is rust-resistant

The Pakka Wood handle is also featured in some of the premium Miyabi collections and is highly favoured by Japanese knife craftsmen for its strength and water resistance. It is extremely comfortable to hold. Tevere is a contemporary design combining the best of German and Japanese design and engineering.

Features:

  • Santoku means ‘three virtues’ in Japanese referencing the multiple functions of this knife: chopping, mincing and dicing
  • Best used for slicing meat and fish, mincing meat and herbs and chopping or dicing fruit and vegetables. Perfect for precision slicing fish for sashimi.
  • The absence of a tip on the Santoku knife allows you to slice in a single downward cut quickly and efficiently.
  • The Granton edge on the knife forms a small air pocket between the blade and the food when cutting. This helps reduce food sticking to the knife.
  • Made from premium German Stainless Steel for exceptional sharpness and edge retention
  • Ergonomic Pakka Wood handle, combines strength and comfort
  • Standard bolster which provides a seamless transition between the handle & blade

Care Instructions
